Participation in the Erasmus+ KA171 Academic Mobility Programme (University of Lodz, Poland)

We announce the opportunity to take part in academic mobility at the University of Lodz (Łódź, Poland) within the Erasmus+ KA171 Programme (for students).

According to the inter-institutional agreement, 2 places are available for students of our university to study during the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Financial support:

• monthly scholarship – 800 EUR;

• travel reimbursement (according to the European Commission distance calculator: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator);

• visa cost reimbursement – up to 100 EUR;

• students with officially confirmed “fewer opportunities” status may receive an additional 250 EUR per month.

Eligibility criteria:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree students (except for the final semester of studies);

• field of study must correspond to the areas agreed in the inter-institutional agreement;

• English language proficiency – at least B2 level;

• selection of courses at the University of Lodz totalling 24-36 ECTS credits (at least 60% must be from one faculty).Course catalogue: https://www.uni.lodz.pl/en/mobility-study-programmes-and-courses

Important dates:

• application submission to the International Relations Office – by 12 November 2025;submission to the University of Lodz – by 16 November 2025;

• results announced by the University of Lodz – by mid-December 2025.

ATTENTION! According to the Regulation on International Academic Mobility of Participants in the Educational Process at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (https://luguniv.edu.ua/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/polozhennia-pro-mizhnarodnu-akademichnu_mobilnist-2025.pdf), if the number of applicants exceeds the available places (more than 2 students apply for the 2 available places), the selection of candidates will be carried out by the university’s selection committee.
